Pick-up times are approximate, dependent on traffic and weather. In some cases, a shuttle may be held for a passenger who may need a few more minutes or if there is not another available shuttle. 

* Reservations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to availability. Reservations must be made during normal office hours (6:00am - 5:00pm) Mountain time.

There is an approximate 45 minute pick-up window. This window is to allow drivers enough time to do door to door pick-up throughout town.
