  • Greeley Shuttle follows Federal mandated guidelines. 
  • As of 04-19-2022 the mask mandate has been lifted. Masks are not required.
  • Vehicles are sanitized with Lysol brand disinfectant spray, after each rotation of passengers. 
  • If you are experiencing any of the following, we encourage you not to travel and you may be denied entry to our vehicles: Fever over 101 degrees Fahrenheit, chills, coughing, runny/stuffy nose, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell.

Pets

  • Passengers must be 14 years of age to ride without an adult.
  • A guardian over 21 years of age must make reservations for any passengers under 18 years of age. 
  • Once you arrive at the Denver International Airport please turn on your cell phone as soon as possible.

Airport Pick-up

  • Pets are welcome as long as they are contained in a pet carrier. (Excludes service animals)
  • Pets in pet carrier must be able to fit on the passengers lap, floor, or next to you. We will not allow pets to be placed in the luggage area for your pets safety. (Excludes service animals)
  • You are responsible for your pets behavior and actions.

Cash accepted upon pick-up. Exact change only, drivers do not carry change.

  • Each passenger is allowed 1 carry on and 2 check bags. There is an additional charge for extra bags. See the price tab for more information. 
  • Strollers, wheelchairs, bags over 50lbs, and golf clubs have additional fees. See the price tab for more information.
  • We DO NOT accept any of the following, as our vehicles do not have room to accommodate them: Boxes (of any size), skis, snowboards, power chairs.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time to receive a refund. 
  • You must call during business hours to cancel a reservation. We do not accept cancellations via e-mail. 
  • It is the passengers responsibility to notify Greeley Shuttle of delayed or canceled flights.
  • It is possible a shuttle may be canceled due to weather or other factors. If this occurs, Greeley Shuttle will notify you as soon as possible. 
  • Online booking is available 24/7, however, online booking is subject to  3+ day prior notice. If a date is blocked out, there is limited or no availability.
  • You may call to make reservation from 6:00am to 5:00pm mountain time.
  • Reservations made via phone require a minimum of 2 day notice, otherwise, reservations are subject to availability. 
  • Greeley Shuttle is closed Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. All other holidays are subject to availability.

  • Greeley Shuttle is a shared ride service. Our vehicles hold between 11-14 passengers. 
  • Inappropriate language, conversations, or actions will not be tolerated. Drivers have the right to refuse service at any time, and you may be removed from our vehicles with no refund. 
  • There is no smoking, vaping, e-cigarette use, or alcohol consumption allowed in our vehicles. 
  • Weather, traffic, and many other factors may be a cause for a delayed or canceled shuttle. Please be advised, pick-up times are approximate. 
  • Denver International Airport advises passengers to arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to their scheduled departure time. 
  • Once We have departed Greeley/DIA it is approximately a 1 hour drive. We do not take toll roads. Drivers have several approved routes, including: HW 85 to (136th ave, 120th ave, 104th ave) and CR 49 "Kersey Road" to I-76. Greeley Shuttle does not use I-25 or any toll roads unless prior approval is granted by the company supervisor or owners.  
  • Greeley Shuttle is not responsible for missed flights or reimbursement of airfare, hotel, or any other travel expenses.
