Greeley Shuttle is a shared ride service. please be courteous to other passengers and the driver. Rude and violent behavior, inappropriate language, or any inappropriate conversations will not be tolerated. Open alcohol containers, alcohol consumption, smoking, and electronic cigarettes are not permitted in our vehicles.  The driver has the right to refuse service any time, any where, and you will be removed from the vehicle with no refund. 


In the event your flight has delayed or you need to cancel, please give notification as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled pick up time, to receive a refund. You must call to make changes or cancellations, no emails. Refunds to a credit or debit card will be the total refund amount, less a $5.00 fee. Note our office hours (6:00 am - 5:00 pm mountain time) as cancellations may not be made while the office is closed. You will need to cancel during business hours. Rebooking is subject to availability. We understand life events happen and management has the right to appeal these rules if certain circumstances arise. All communications regarding a current, past, or future reservation must be made via phone call. We do not accept E-mail cancellations or reservations.  

Weather, traffic, and many other factors may be a cause for delay or the possibility of a shuttle being canceled. Greeley Shuttle will notify passengers as soon as possible in the event a shuttle will be canceled. Denver International Airport encourages passengers to arrive two (2) hours before their flight departure time. Greeley Shuttle is not responsible for missed flights or reimbursement of airfare cost.

Please note: there is a strict limit of 2 bags per passenger. Absolutely NO boxes or any kind/size, skis, or snowboards will be allowed, as our vans do not have the room to accommodate bulk items. 

Passengers must be over 14 years of age or older to ride without and adult. Pets must be contained in a pet carrier (except service animals).  Luggage weighing more than 50 pounds may require someone to assist the driver in loading. 

Held credits are good for 1 year as of the issue date. Prices are subject to change. If prices have increased and you have a held credit, you will need to pay the difference. Once a credit is put on hold, you may not be issued a refund for that credit. After 1 year of the issue date, credits will be void and no longer redeemable.
